• GC-101 is the smallest real time tracking device in the world. On one charge, it can give you reliable tracking up to 1 minute interval. The battery life is 50 hours (measured when in standy mode and send one loction report per hour). An optional extended battery pack with magnet case is available for providing 5 - 20 days (depending upon the usage) of battery life and a moving sensor is embedded. The optional extended battery pack is strongly recommended by doing serious tracking by private investigators.

• You can use GC-101 in USA. You can also use the GC101 in other parts of world where GSM 1800 MHZ network is available. Our GPS Tracking Service supports the street level maps for the following countries: USA (including Costa Rica), Canada, Japan, Brazil, European Union, South Africa, India and Moscow of Russia. For other regions. We provide MapQuest-link map which can show major highways and cities.

The GC-101 is un-activated

• Obtaining a complete tracking service solution consists of three steps:

The activation provides the unlimited online tracking service access and air time service (SIM card) activation. An initial $10 tracking pins (600 automatic reported locations or 90 tracking pins)credit will be provided upon activation. So you can use your GC-101 immediately after the activation. $10 SIM card air time is for USA customers only. To activate the service, please contact us or search for our "Tracking service Activation" item on eBay For international customers, after activation, special procedure will be provided to make your TrackSar device work with your local SIM card provied by you and mak it controllable by your cell phone.
• 3). Refill your SIM card. This can be done anytime after the $10 tracking pin credit used up or expires 30 days from the purchase date whenever comes the first.

How can I use GC-101 to do tracking in USA?

GC-101 has two typical operation mode:

• 1. Request the location from online interface, GC-101 will reply with this current location.
• 2. An user can set automatic report time interval. GC-101 will send back location automatically An User can login to his/her online account to view/request the current location or view history locations

How can I use GC-101 to do tracking when I am outside of USA?

• When you use GC-101 outside USA, you need to insert your own SIM card into GC-101. You need to use your own local cell phone to send location request and setup auto report configuration. The location (raw data) can be sent back to your own cell phone or our server in USA. If the location is sent to our Server in USA (no roaming charge is GPRS is used), the current location for the GC-101 will be marked on the map and saved as location history. Detailed instructions will be given when you purchase the device.

What is the tracking cost after initial tracking pins (USA only) are all used up (applicable to USA customers only)?

• GC-101 uses text message to communicate its location to a web server. The only cost for GC-101 to perform real-time tracking is the cost of SIM card inside of the tracking device, that is paid to the web service provider. When intial tracking pins are used. It can be refilled remotely
